These were fun to make! (and easy) We stuffed paper bags with crumpled up newspaper to make heads, tied off at the neck, then decorated them from my dollar-store-craft-stash. The fun part was then having a puppet show. I did the first puppet show to give them an idea of story telling then sat back and watched the show!
