Yes folks, this cake deserves capitals, it is totally serious. I can't wait for the chance to make it again! I made this cake for Joy's birthday (our nanny) and it was devoured by us all! Instead of writing out the recipe, I'm going the lazy route and providing a link to it at epicurious. You will love it, I promise! The only change I made was a graham crust.
